Discover Your Purpose

If you are hungry to get unstuck, design and bring to life a powerful vision, I can help you. I work one-on-one with a select number of future leaders to help you find your path.

Who I love to work with...

About Chris:

Hey, I’m Chris. I founded Roostervane to help students with advanced degrees build careers with purpose.

After I graduated with a religious studies PhD I was totally lost. What the heck do you do with a religious studies PhD?

Well, after building my network, working for a think tank, then for the government, I realized that students with advanced degrees are shaping the world.

But others are stuck, not reaching either their earning or influence potential. They don’t know how to make the most out of their skills or where to start.

My goal is to help you become the leader you’re meant to be, through refining your vision and building you a road map to get there.

Whether you just finished your degree or you finished 5 years ago and haven’t launched yet, I can help you.

How it works...

Step 1 – Fill out the info form, including what you hope to accomplish.

Step 2 – If we seem like a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute introduction session.

Step 3 – If we decide to work together, we will schedule our first session! Coaching packages start at $650 for 4 sessions

  • Do you provide mental health support?
    • No. I want to be very clear on this. I’m not a mental health professional. We can discuss imposter syndrome and overcoming your mindset so that you can achieve your goals, but please reach out to appropriate professionals if you are facing issues with depression, anxiety, etc. I am not a mental health professional.
  •  Why do I need to “apply”?
    • I require a bit of a vetting process for a simple reason: I want to make sure that we are right for each other and that you’re going to get the most out of what I have to offer. Different coaches are good for different things–I know what I do well and what I don’t. 🙂
  • Am I guaranteed a spot?
    • No, I’m sorry. I coach a limited number of people.
